RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE & POLICY
All goods sold and delivered are NON-REFUNDABLE, RETURNABLE, EXCHANGABLE without prior written approval. Buyer must inform us at email@example.com or call our customer service at +603-6148 8122/+603-6156 6633 or +6012-826 6332 during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) within 7 calendar days of upon receipt of the product if return/exchange is desired. Delivered/received of item(s) date is the date the parcel is delivered as shown on the courier tracking system.
To be eligible for a return (refund)/exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must also be in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE. Several types of products are not returnable, such as wear and tear products such like; filter, cleaning tool, or those with expiry date such as: chemical and film cannot be returned, unless approved by us.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR REQUEST FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE PURCHASED ITEM BACK TO THE BRAND MANUFACTURER.
Once your return request item is received and inspected, we will send you an email/telephone call to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return item is approved, with an exchange for the same item or ‘replacement’ item is agreed and applicable for the same monetary (RM) value then we will process and ship your ‘replacement’ item otherwise a full refund will be processed, and we will bank transfer in to your bank account irrespective if you have paid with your credit card or banking method of payment, within a 14 calendar days. NO refund for any difference in monetary (RM) amount should it be of a case between return/exchange and replacement item.
Our policy on replacement, refund or exchange of item(s) will be based on you receiving a damaged/lost/wrongly shipped item(s) upon your purchase. We will also notify you in the event of rejecting your request for return/exchange or refund. We reserve the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product.
We will bank transfer in to your bank account irrespective if you have paid with your credit card or banking method of payment, within 14 calendar days.
We will notify you by email or phone call/private message, once the transfer amount is completed.

Pre-order item(s) are specially ordered for customer and clearance/gift items are not entitled for return or refund, unless the mistake is by us and approval is given.

For returns, customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. As such shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchange of item (s) due to defective or damaged or wrongly sent, Futuromic Photo AV Sdn Bhd will reimburse the shipping costs in full.
Futuromic Photo AV Sdn Bhd, take no responsibility in the event of lost or further damage resulted from return of item shipment from customer. We recommend you using any local courier service (Poslaju, GD Express, CITY-LINK). Futuromic Photo AV Sdn Bhd only reimburse local courier shipping costs. Futuromic Photo AV Sdn Bhd do not reimburse international courier (DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS) shipping costs.
For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. We will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to us. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/loss the during the return shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to us within 7 calendar days after receiving the return confirmation.
For a faulty or defective product found within 7 calendar days of receipt, we will absorb the return shipping cost. Customer must inform us within calendar 7 days of receiving the product. Otherwise, longer than 7 calendar days, customer will have to ship the product to us for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
