Upon shipment, we will notify you with a tracking number(s), if you do not receive your goods within 7 calendar days upon shipment, or product received in faulty or damaged condition, kindly contact us at customer service at +603-6156 6633 /+603-6148 8122 or mail us during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) .

For item(s) “In-Stock”, each day, when order and payment is received before the cut off time 2.00pm Malaysia time, we will ship out within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery by courier normally take 2 to 7 calendar days depending on the delivery location. We will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped. Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 14 calendar  days after shipment advised. We are not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a calendar month (30 days) from shipped date.
